The reason the bot problem is so bad over there is because Elon fired or ran out the people who made the tools that got rid of bots and malware. Now his site is infested with bots,scams and malware and he wonders why nobody wants to advertise on there.
There's this new epidemic of bots over on x that spam app. link videos that then lead to malware sites. Although it was first noticed by pro Ukraine accounts they seem to target trending searches for any major news event.
It seems these days all you have to do is make up rumors about colleges switching athletic conferences and you will get tons of likes. Like anybody who actually knows will be quiet until a deal is done not some random person on social media.
