#WhiteCollar I'm at the point where I don't remember anything (I really only remembered S1), but I suspect there are more Kate twists coming. His friends all think she didn't love him. There have been lots of hints she double-crossed him. I just hope they handle that better than this, because, jeez.
#WhiteCollar The incredibly lackluster "caught him by tailing Kate" twist was so half-baked I expected him to escape & the real capture to be later. There's too much history in the chase built into the hints & anecdotes for it to span two brief encounters. This didn't all need to be in this episode.
#WhiteCollar I don't know why "trying to get a woman's attention" needed to be the motivation for Neal's greatest criminal hits. That didn't need to be explained. He loves art crime! His, other people's, he is an art crime enthusiast. His motivation is that this is who he is as a person.
#WhiteCollar Kate as just a wide-eyed art girl he met on a long con, who decided she loved the con life but couldn't handle being with a compulsive con artist, *could* be interesting, I guess, but it wasn't. And the degree to which it didn't live up to the hype made everything worse around it.
