yeah exactly, totally gluten/dairy free depending on what spices you use. honestly you could even do a dope snack mix with lil peanuts and everything. jason made them, he’s eaten four bags in the last 24 hours
yeah tteok are rice cakes — they’re the normal sized sliced ones, not the cylinders. which also work!
this is 100% a “high idea” (Jason’s Choice) but so so good — air fry the tteok with a little oil for like 10-12 minutes. then toss them in the spice mix/powdered cheese/ramen packet or whatever. super crispy but somehow still chewy. like eating angel’s legs
