Have you noticed any differences ?

We have tried multiple different beads and what you use does seem to make a difference in our hands at least . We can see about a 30% difference in proteins ids. Not sure exactly why.

The proteomics radio hour is off this week , but we will be back soon! @benneely.com maybe we can do some radio hour Christmas carols?

No idea , but strange enough, if that’s true, It’s not the first set of samples that were sent to us that a truck has run over

Trigger warning: This arrived in the mail today : was supposed to be samples in eppendorf tubes :( . Sigh ... Proteomics is hard enough with samples in intact tubes.
