Also test ride the cf Moto 800. It's basically the same engine but cheaper. I really liked the 890 adventure..very nimble and low center of gravity

Do you already have anything in mind?

I didn't want to rent the dct version, but it was this or nothing. D mode is horrible for me. Feel like a tractor. S2 is ok after getting used to it, but downshifting is often rough. Especially when you break late into corners
