My point isn't even really everyone needs to be a sports fan. It's one thing if one doesn't think there should be athletics at all, but if there are, trying to run an austerity department doesn't work. It destroys gross revenue, and inevitably there will be a scandal and subsequent lawsuit payouts.

The app literally doesn't work half the time, it's infuriating. It's also impossible to pay for regional rail fares in an app. Had a nightmare last year where I lost my wallet and was screwed.
The numbers are basically a two-year lag, so in January, we'll find out how actual 2023/fiscal year 2024 was. I suspect it will be better due to increased conference revenue.
