Yo this musakhan came out so good. Recipe is from Middle Eats on YouTube. I used a khubz kmaj recipe from Laila El-Haddad and Maggie Schmitt's "The Gaza Kitchen." I finished it under the broiler for a better crisp on the bread, and hot damn, it worked out.
