One planned chapter left and the I get to decide if I'm plotting out the next few oe switching back to edit the book I should be editing. ... I think I already know what will happen here.

The benefits of having friends who teach you how to use stuff. Never touched the larger one. It was newer, and more complex, and booked solid for projects. But I got to hang out inside sometimes. They had a radio telescope, too, but it was just for learning how to use it. Airport was too close.

There's too much light pollution here to see much of anything, sadly. Shortly after I moved in a giant mall project started. I have fond memories of nights on the roof of the college science building, though. I was one of two non-astrophysicists allowed to use their smaller telescope unsupervised.

I know, I love your night sky photos. 🥰 There's just something so soothing, watching the stars. I wish we could see more of them here.
