I didn't know him. I did a comm for him and he seemed kind & patient. Perhaps too kind to abusive people to whom I was personally a victim, too. But other than that, all I have to say is, if you have health problems and live in America, I wish you a very able-to-move-out-of-this-hellhole-country.

There's this video of a woman talking about moving to WV and using this vapid lingo for it while talking about the health benefits of some weird herbal products she made there and it just felt like. Another example of the deliberate misuse of health terminology for the commodification of a culture.
...years ago or just visited ffs, they're somehow professionals, and are almost always wrong or are just like romanticizing poverty. I know there are plenty of people with it far worse as far as others adopting their cultures for shallow reasons goes.)
