Oooh good qs, I've not had to transfer on mine personally buuut: When you check in at the first desk, did the person check in to the final destination? Or just that leg of the flight? If they checked in for the full destination then they SHOULD handle the bag transfer (but check just in case!)

Just seen this sorry- frequent flyer over here! With there being no wifi on the plane, your best bet is to download your music/episodes so you can enjoy them on the plane! Flight attendants are there to help, and make sure you yawn to pop your ears once you have taken off!
