hacking ur 3ds is easy ! unfortunately this means that even after doing so you wont know jack about shit about its internal file structures or how their games are constructed or any sort of thing like that. (patiently waiting for any switch pkmn builds to drop,,)

I found a whisper of a mention of the PMD anime special.. it was just the credits in a spreadsheet tho (no pmd info or data at all that i can tell... (yet?))

OH also another really neat thing in the pokemon leaks i havent heard anyone bring up - there are FRLG e-reader cards in there!! (maybe also RSE) afaik these things are often very hard to come by & were usually JP exclusive - so having them preserved like this is huge!!

i think the highlight so far has been seeing full-size TCG art and official anime animation references. It's really cool to be able to see this stuff in its original resolution n quality, and if nobody else goes out of their way to share/archive this type of stuff online i might look into doing that

yeah, there's ABSOLUTELY real personal info in these leaks. i wish the og leaker hadn't released that shit - there's just NO good reason for it :/

yeah, all the art & such getting to see the light of day is cool but leaking people's real personal info is a whole nother beast and. significantly less cool, to put it lightly :/

also completely unrelated i think that pokemon teraleak or whatever goin on rn is VERY COOL AND INTERESTING purely from an archival/historical standpoint extremely high quality direct scans of official art? concept art? beta sprites and concepts? dev tools and early builds of games??? hooooly shit
