Does the Business operate 'Safe Spaces' for Staff/ Customers? Does the Business support Staff and Customers with Mental Health issues? Does the Business actively support the fight against Social Injustices? These and many more criteria will be crucial in determining the Wokeness of a Business.
Factors will include, but are not limited to: Environmental Awareness (Low Carbon Footprints/Carbon Negative) Number of LGBTQIA Staff employed Number of Ethnic Staff employed How pro-Vegan the Business in question is
WOKEN will also work with smaller businesses and one/two person businesses in order to educate and train them into improving their rating and will also list non-woke and non-compliant workplaces as well.

Only people and workplaces with woke values will be available; plus a ranking system ranging between 'Extremely Woke' and 'Wokeish But Needs Improvement' will enable you to make the best informed decision - like a 'ClearScore' rating, only with wokeness as the determining factor.
With WOKEN, that's no longer an issue; only companies which meet our strict criteria will be highlighted. Best of all you get to say which workplaces should or shouldn't be included, giving you the customer complete piece of mind whilst helping others make good woke choices.
Our belief is that those workplaces, from a handful of employees to major companies, who have woke values and beliefs should be rewarded over those which don't - how often have you had to put up with a non-woke person working for you, and you had very little say in the matter?
We are currently earmarking getting WOKEN into the EU by 2026 and the USA and Canada by 2027 with other countries hopefully following shortly afterwards. However, this all depends upon how any people support us and help us develop our hopes and ideals, making them reality.
