Why is fair trading asking a business not known for or engaged in the business of data security? Absolutely mental. Fewer people should be getting this. Conveyancers arenāt smart enough to identify folks properly?
The number of times you have to spray your identification documents around buying and selling a house, you just know they're going somewhere hugely unsafe. NSW Fair Trading now demands real estate agents hold 100-points of ID of sellers in their own systems. Can't see this going at all wrong.
