What precipitated this was two episodes where I didn't get sleep for 16days and I was literally dying from organ failure in the hospital. My sleep has gotten worse and worse and it was literally killing me. This was my solution, and I don't know who else it will work for, but I put it forth 🐾💚💪
Broke the tolerance break yesterday for 420, only had one bowl and was good for the night. Was at 16days no weed. Back to tolerance break today, planning not to touch things till end of June if I can avoid it.
imo only thing wrong with mutelists as they are right now is that the UI should have a built slider for "keep user on list for [1day, 2days, 4days, 8days, 16days, 32days, 64days, 128days, 256days, 1.4yrs, 3yrs, 6yrs, 12yrs, until removed manually]" so you can mute annoying *friendlies* w/ less guilt
I feel that all so much. I got less than 2hrs last night. Deepest depression at Mach1 (with ponies and mania) Calming down is a physical exercise/exertion. If I can get my calm down engine fired up I eventually can get *some* sleep (except those two times of 16days no sleep and hospitals) Respect
