subarus are great and really capable for what they are, although they're really designed for, e.g., commuting in the snow or back roads. i was thinking more wrangler/bronco/4runner

My buddy Noel and I have been trying to come up with the Platonic ideal of The Most Colorado Springs Car, and that sticker could definitely fit there. It should really be a lifted Lexus GX350, not a stock 4Runner, but it’s close.

It was actually what I noticed when that cybertruck parked next to my 4runner.... it's tires were huge but the vehicle had waaaaay less clearence than my stock vehicle.

I just saw a 4Runner with a sticker : US flag-colors Punisher skull topped with Trump’s hair. I swear I am not making this up. Fuckin’ Colorado Springs.

Went out to the spot I like for tonight's aurora, joined by @trekrr.bsky.social#Aurora seen in Northern Nevada, latitude 39°

The red aurora lights up a small portion of the star filled sky, while trekrr sits in the back of the 4Runner, his red headlamp causing the space around him to glow red. The desert landscape is lit by the pale white moonlight.
A deep red shaft of light seemingly rises from the line of black mountains, the leading edge causing a well defined separation from the pale red aurora and moonlit night sky. Stars fill the night sky behind the ghostly white clouds.
A thick line of brights stars, from the distinctive W shaped Cassiopeia down to the dark moonlit mountains below, are surrounded by a pale pink and green aurora. The brightest stars and the faint color is dimly reflected in the still lake that fills the foreground.
A pale pink and yellow aurora on the right fades to a dark red on the left, with the distinctive ladle shaped constellation Big Dipper centered in the image. Below it, a small lake is so calm the surface is a mirror, casting a dim reflection of the stars and colors above it.

Fun story: I need to sell my 4Runner to pay for all the upgrades to my Jeep. I misplaced the title for it during my move to Colorado. I went to the CO DMV and they said I had to get a replacement one from DC. DC's website said my 4Runner still has a lien on it. DC SENT ME THE TITLE 6 YEARS AGO.

wtf is Toyota doing with the Land Cruiser and 4Runner badges? They’ll now be built on same platform, with the exact same exterior dimensions, 4x4 capability, engine, and interior. At least put one under the Lexus marque! If they are both toyota, what’s the point? #brandcrime#fail

I’m sure you’ve seen the criticism of Barry Lopez’s work? I used to work with his daughter and bought a 1989 lifted Toyota 4Runner from her, great truck Too easy to steal though

Fun fact this drive evidently broke my roof rack and now my rooftop tent is sliding off my 4runner multiple states from where I live and I don't have the tools to fix it.... I guess I'm lucky it didn't slide off onto the i70 in Utah....

This actually ALL started because I didn't jump up and volunteer to pay for the lift for his 4Runner!! 💩 starting changing real quick after that!! You're friend is nothing but a hustler! A hustler who cares about nobody but himself! Especially when health problems pop up!!
