Thinking of doing the 75hard challenge starting February but I’m gonna modify it so I’m still following the basic rules but not exactly? which maybe defeats the purpose but idrc lmao
Things I am enjoying : #75Hard . Things I am not enjoying : Seeing the scale go up sometimes . I already know it can be for a myriad of reasons, so I’m just going to continue to push myself . I had a high protein breakfast, some makeshift Thanksgiving dinner ( well, lunch) and had a nice 30 min walk
Finished up #75Hard Day 68 with a #treadmill jog, which would be my 315th treadmill session of 2023. Not the fastest, but still pretty good.
