One thing I keep thinking about while season 4 of STAR TREK VOYAGER, 7of9 feels like good Autism representation. She gets an almost classic Trek "learning to be human" arc like Data but it certainly reads like that to me. Trying to learn her way around social norms.

Ok Chakotay is boring as a character but I do like how they leverage his encounter with the independent ex-borg for the 7of9 showdown

they had a big production shakeup around the borg arc. there was talk of cancellation, they introd 7of9 sorta controversially, probably management and budget changes to keep it afloat.
