An 8 yr old boy who died after being shot in the head and face at a farm nr the A66, north of Warcop, Cumbria has been named as Jay Cartmell from Frizington. A man in his 60s who was being held on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter has been released on bail. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
