Worked in gi on guard retention & reguard today 4 pts of contact + push/pull vs guard-passing (knee cut & double unders) "Footprint" drill Tweaked a knee a bit in a drill as a big dude landed on my knee shield. Declined afterclass rolls to go home and do yoga instead. Older me is more cautious.

Same lesson plan today. Different class make-up led to different focus here and there. Still learning about my incredibly bendy ankles which i didn't know i had. Still learning about when i'm muscling and when i'm not. Big challenge since i never knew i was physically strong for grappling.
