Kamala Harris has raised more campaign money than MSNBC's annual revenue. Obviously she can't spend 90% of her campaign on a news channel and she probably won't get that kind of income outside of election years, but broadly, a news channel operated directly by the DNC is plausible.

I agree there's progress. But to keep things in context, this is at most enough for 2% annual growth. While that's high for post 1970s Toronto, it's slower than population growth in the GTA, Ontario, and Canada. It needs to go faster to stop price and rent increases.
