SPEECH Act comparable rather than antiSLAPP

Honest question, do you think a nationwide antislapp would change aggregate reporter behavior?
Texas has an excellent antiSLAPP and I hope someone picks it up and uses it to beat Logan Paul until he’s incontinent

I have to include that if you cross the boarder into Canada the libel laws are very different. The first case introducing antiSLAPP is happening now: Steven Galloway is suing 25 ppl for defamation and a number of them are for tweets that no one saw. He could win. It’s a nightmare.
Also, FEDERAL ANTISLAPP NOW.
I don't think they'd get R11'ed, but I think it would fall to an antislapp. "Transphobe" is a pretty classic statement of opinion, just like "white supremacist" or "predator."
And honestly, there *should* be an equivalent of §230 for the bookselling industry, just like there should be a federal antiSLAPP law. But that example you keep using of bookselling actually is a good example of why §230 doesn't work the way you think it does!
