So I finished reading this the other night. I absolutely loved it. Even if you don't watch Sewing Bee you should read this book because her account of the 60s and 70s was just so neat. What a cool, good person. I adore her. Long live Esme. #pukapuka#aotearoacraft

Today's project is taking this beauty apart for service. Have disassembled and cleaned the thread tensioner, and cleaned out the oil holes that had been completely gunked up with old thread. #aotearoacraft#vintagesewing
