Weston Homes has pulled the plug on a controversial development in the cathedral city of Norwich, blaming the UK Government. Among factors cited by the developer is a Nutrient Neutrality Levy of the kind the Government tried and failed to remove during the so called #AttackOnNature.

At the launch of the Popular Conservatives or Pop Cons (I will leave it to you to decide if the name is an Oxymoron), former PM Liz (beaten by a lettuce) Truss, attacks by name the Environment Agency and Natural England. The #AttackOnNature was real and remains a threat from the populist right.
