These three weirdos were supposed to be Lucifer's helpers that Belfegor and Azazel had given him as a hidden gift, but Lucifer gave them to Asmodeus because Lucifer said he didn't need them and that he already had quite powerful helpers. So that's how they became Asmodeus's helpers.
