Just finished listening to Plum House, which feels like it may have influenced #BBCGhosts with its mismatched ensemble trying to keep a stately home afloat (self catering, wedding, film crew episodes all resonate). Great cast: Simon Callow, Miles Jupp, Jane Horrocks, Pearce Quigley, lovely cameos.

Illustration of Kitty from Ghosts. Kitty is the ghost of a Georgian noblewoman who died in 1780. She is a young black woman who was adopted by a wealthy family and as such is dressed in the height of Georgian fashion (a purple gown with fuscia trim and pink floral bows. Her hair is worn tall with two ostrich feather adornments.

Visited Amberley Museum today, where A View to a Kill was filmed, and where Pat from #BBCGhosts accidentally stole a keyring. Always so wholesome. We saw a Tesla coil in action! And a cooker called "The Croydon"! And a shop called The Amberley Bodger (which sounds like the name of a real ale).

White enamel cooker called The Croydon
