Similar issues as a college biochem prof. We get students who've NEVER used a textbook- only handouts, videos, and pre-digested bullet point lists. They shut down with a book, or even a long chapter. We've had to add reading comprehension to our intro curriculum to help them process 'longer' works.

Very dystopian that I wished I worked during post Hurrican day instead of today where a Biochem lab on fire is causing near state wide air quality problems

indeed! one could just mark those on the outside of the suit to begin with instead of exclusively marking designated areas. maybe then just leave it to the person who owns the suit to mark ideal areas, since biochem/anatomy is super varied across the microcosm (though most have humanoid body plans)

I do remember that Spit I sent to 23andMe. Did I learn some useful stuff from it - genuinely yes (medical, not ancestry). Did I mine the data using my Biochem knowledge to kind out more stuff.- absolutely. Am I worried about genotyping data getting out there - yes, but I would be more worried […]

My Uber is a biochem grad and I'm just saying - would.

Worth a shot, Gods know they can use all the chem/biochem people they can get. I mean, somebody’s gotta figure out what I meant when I drew that clathrate structure. And then maybe explain it to me!

Apparently they want me to be a Patent paralegal and tagged you in? Hi, I'm researching the job a bit. I have a Bachelors in Biochem, health issues that exclude lab work, and some office experience, including some Library work in college. I have lost control of this thread haha.

I say downthread that inflammation likely kicks up-- hence the October slide, all symptoms tending to worsen as fall fades to winter. People tend to pick up finally in February, but since it's swift changes in biochem that have greatest impact, the start of the slide is seen as the toughest part.
