You’re a BoSox fan, my friend. You understand the antipathy towards the Mets.

As my beloved BoSox fell short of the playoffs, I decided to back the Mets as a team with a similar distaste for the Yankees. Looking like I picked the right horse. I almost forgot what quality Baseball looked like. Thanks gang. Sweep ‘em in Philly.

BoSox and Yankees might be a timeless enmity, but that early '80s rivalry between NY and KC was pure Manichaeism, good and evil, top dog and underdog, Paul Rudd versus Rudy Giuliani. Hadn't realized how much I missed it until I saw that those teams were going to play in the off-season again.

The BoSox are out, so I’m just in it for good games.

The funniest outcome would be the Royals and the Twins choking up their wild card spots to any combination of the Tigers/Mariners/BoSox, but only slightly less funny would be the Orioles falling out of contention and the AL Central sending four teams to the playoffs.

Mariners win #SEAvsTEX#MINvsBOS goes to the top of the 12th. A BoSox win would produce a tie between Minnesota and Detroit with Seattle one game back for the final wild card.

I sure don't... and now I needs to get some watermelon, so thanks for that😏 I'd rather take a nap than watch baseball, and I hate naps. Put me in the friendly confines of Fenway, and my tune changes, of course. BoSox fans are just hardcore🤷‍♂️😏

Approved. And the BoSox have already established precedent.

Hendricks! But I have to confess that it was difficult not to vote for Chris Sale. I really liked him a lot when he pitched for the BoSox.
