You are wrong about that. They are using 500, 1000, 1500 & 3000 kg bombs, create a lot of damage, kill all people in and nearby a house, but no building is pulverized. Look, if IDF would use a 500 KTN bomb, that would equal to 500,000 Tons of TNT. That explains your claim about the "1%".
I appreciate NOAA’s good faith explanations of why ridiculous stuff like nukes are not going to stop hurricanes, but I also fundamentally don’t understand why anyone would think it was viable in the first place. Where do they plan to aim the bomb? It’s a temporary, mobile, weather event FFS.
