My mom's fairly young, but as you said, she has to work. My dad died before my kids were born. #CancerSucks We're fortunate to have generous parents on my husband's side. They're retired, but it's hard to chase young kids, & our youngest is disabled. "Grandparents" isn't the answer. F for effort.
Thinking a lot about my mom. Today is the 25th anniversary of her transition to the next plane, after a four-year battle with cancer. It's hard to believe that it's been that long, considering that I still miss her as much as ever. #CANCERSUCKS
