Ya une psy du même CMP qui est totalement à l'opposé, elle peut fournir une attestation dès le premier RDV. Elle suit ma copine donc on va voir si c'est possible de m'obtenir un RDV avec elle en dehors du CMP ! 🤞

En tout cas j'espère que tu trouveras un.e autre psychiatre (même si je comprends que c'est difficile de changer surtout que le CMP c'est des temps d'attente très longs entre chaque consultations) qui facilitera ta demande de suivi. 😔

Ooh a doctor a very long time ago put a regular CMP/CBC standing order in for me...I should ask my current doctor if he could do the same 🤔 And yeah, that orange stuff? Shooting is the way to go, it's so gross!
