Reboot had a cliffhanger ending. The big bad had returned, trapped the heroes, and the last moments were him threatening them, "the hunt begins." It's not a cliffhanger when it's the heroes winning, everyone's happy, and then there's a tease to a new villain on the horizon.

Every time I see discourse over "cancelled shows ending on a cliffhanger" and it's fans listing shows that 100% didn't end on any sort of cliffhanger, I sigh. Teen Titans didn't end on a cliffhanger, it was left deliberately vague and unsatisfying because Beast Boy didn't end up with Terra.
