BLUE

Feliz pelos preços razoáveis, mas INCONFORMADA com o absurdo da Coap do Brasil comparada a isso. Que tenhamos casa cheia, como somos acostumados!

Yeah, it would definitely work over UART, but you'd probably lose some of the nice autodetection. postcard-rpc is sort of like diet CoAP, and I typically use COBS for framing, but HDLC could work as well. Basically if you have a way to transport bidirectional frames, the rest is easy.

How about over UART? 🙃 I'm not far off prototyping something like CoAP over HDLC with checksum if we can't get a real bus.

I think that's very reasonable. The vague handwavy goals for me (after whatever all this ends up being) is to write a network stack, and once I have a working network stack with postcard-rpc running on it, there's room for other protocols, incl p-rpc v2. Or just admitting coap+cbor would be better

Yo, you listen to the new CoaP? Yeah, it was... indecipherable. That's why you gotta grab the FLAC version! That way you can hear all the themes from CoaP II that they bring back to explore. Is that the one with a volcano on the cover? That's CoaP IV. II was the one with a smoking mountain.
