Made a full dinner in the apartment! Pan-fried fish in garlic butter with local cherry tomatoes (they are AMAZING here), garlic roasted broccoli with Comté. Ate charcuterie & cheese while cooking. Local wine from its producer. Cooking is so grounding. And cooking with local ingredients is fun! 💜
