I recently quit my full time job in customer service. I've been in CS for over 2 decades. Idk what happened, but after the pandemic, people became more hateful and abusive. And leadership just stopped leading. I had a mental breakdown at the 3 CSR roles I had after covid. I can't work CS anymore.
