Sorry, no indication. Other schemes were announced 1–2 weeks ahead of advertised 2-week window but, more recently, they've been within window (e.g. Future Fellowships 30 July). ARC have been tweeting heads-up 1 or 2 (working) days ahead of announcements – they'll likely do the same for DE25.
