The first DGG Halloween was the worst one, in retrospect. Kills is a hilarious Friday the 13th-style rampage slasher, and Ends is basically what the first one should have been as a decades-later legacy sequel. That initial attept comes off like inert nostalgia bait to me now

only saw the second DGG one and decent gore aside it was pretty grating. i do hear the first one is The Good One tho, should probably watch it eventually

This movie is fun in, a bad slasher way, and JLC is a queen, giving it her all, but this is not a “good” movie 😂 Blasphemy: I may like 2 of the DGG movies more.

Scream 2 on tv lol I feel like the narrative around this Laurie is that she’s doing “better” than the DGG movies… and like, she has a job, and her kid is with her… but she is a MESS. “God you are so renaissance.” They are leaning on these kids being private school in a weird way lol
