Tonight, we watched the 1982 giant rat movie Deadly Eyes, which featured dachshunds wearing rat costumes. Frequent footage of them running was never not adorable.

“…and I’m first chair clarinet in my band.” Casual Sunday at home, so I fiddled around on my clarinets for a bit, because they’ve been untouched in storage since we moved to NJ over two years ago.

My well-used, 16-year-old Buffet R13 clarinet that helped me to reach first chair clarinet in my band status in high school (but failed me in college (may have been user error/burnout)).

and whoever thought they needed to make toy breeds of everything I want to have serious words with. I know regular dachshunds were initially hunting dogs (Hence the name badger hunter in German), however the 'toy' breeds are treated like that, and they don't deserve those lives
