As a retiree artist trying in earnest to earn a modest sum of pocket change, I'm nearly always working on something. Some days, brain fog and/or pain interferes. Today, I lacked mental focus to assemble cards, so I spent the day diecutting, but now, my tendinitis is mad at me. 1/2

Starting with designing some packaging and printing on 11x17 cardstock. This is not how I would make for a production run, which would be all one piece and sized for larger stock & diecutting.
Terrible diecutting lol.
Thank you so much! I use a paper trimmer for straight edges, and a manual diecutting machine (hand crank and rollers) with carbon steel dies. I use paper sculpting tools to shape my flowers, and blending brushes with ink to colour petals, greenery, and other details. Thanks for the question!
When you're considering buying a die cutting machine, it's important to think about what you'll be creating and how you'd prefer to do it. There are two main types of die-cutting: manual and electronic. ✂️🎨 completelifestyle.jimdofree.com/2024/07/09/e...#DieCutting#Crafting#CraftTools#DIYCrafts
There are a lot of neat little sculpting tools that can be used to sculpt both clay and paper. I paint and do papercraft (e.g., rubber stamping, diecutting, and paper sculpting to make cards, bookmarks and shadowboxes).
Diecutting and gluing; gluing and diecutting... I'm tired now.
Let us never speak of the diecutting machine mishap. Ever.
I'm contemplating diecutting gold snowflakes... the six gold and burgundy reindeer are done. *is deliberately vague...*
