There are in fact numerous studies showing that landlords will refuse tenants using section 8 vouchers even when such discrimination is against the law.
Hospitals are not a place where discrimination is acceptable. Refusing to provide evidence-based medicine to a subset of people is discrimination. Even if Catholic hospitals got 0 government funds, letting people suffer and die is unacceptable.
