It would be in your google search settings on google, not in the browser. Or just use DuckDuckGo, Kagi, etc. And Firefox.
Time to try out DuckDuckGo for my search engine. It's probably time for Google to fall from its lofty throne, anyway.

Guys! I did not realize how bad Google had got before I started using DuckDuckGo. I’m FINALLY getting the results I’m actually looking for ON PAGE ONE! Things I had given up on trying to find are RIGHT THERE. As an early adopter of chrome it makes me sad, but I’m sold. I’m full DuckDuckGo.

i tried duckduckgo and its horrible at finding papers ffs
