Early survey discoveries 4/4: - Noise was too loud / disrupted ability to process content. - Out of 250, 11% saw on TV or heard on radio. - The captions for the programming continued while the EAS text crawled across the top of the screen. #EmergencyAlertSystem
Early survey discoveries 2/4: - Could not adjust message size. - The message disappeared before they could read it. - The explanation of the system made the message too long and hard to understand. - Would have been better understood if message had ASL. #EmergencyAlertSystem
Early survey discoveries 1/4: 95.5% received the alert on their cell. 4.5% did not receive the alert on cell. 90.4% of respondents found the message easy to understand. 9.6% said the message was not easy to understand. #EmergencyAlertSystem
