Is this similar to Enovid, but maybe more effective? Short-term, you'd use before doing something extra risky like going on a flight or going to a doctor.
Both Nitric oxide and iota-carageenan sprays have studies showing efficacy in both lowering chance of infection and reducing length of recovery time. 'Enovid' is a NO spray, but it's expensive and has to be bought from Israel. 'Betadyne Cold Defense' is IC, and is cheap and available at pharmacies.
It takes diligence. N95 or KN95 Mask indoor in crowds. Eat outdoors. Use nasal sprays like Enovid or Xlear. Have a cabin w/a balcony & open the door for ventilation & a HEPA air purifier in your cabin. There are ways to be safe. I have been on 3 cruises between this yr & last yr & didn’t get sick.
Can we spray other people with enovid? Like pepper spray? Keychain enovid
Sitting outside at the airport a chauffeur just came up to ask me if i had a cough drop or some gum. I said no, and he said, ive just got a little bit of a scratchy throat. OMG. NO. GET AWAY. I didnt expect exposure risk to come with an actual notification! Anyway, sprayed myself with enovid
Not enough hands, so I don't use one. Mobility aid already takes one hand at least. I combine a well fitting n95 with enovid after.
I'm just hunkering down and avoiding people as much as I can. Still wearing N95s - as is my partner, the only one of us working - and using buckets of Enovid nasal spray as an extra layer. Immune compromised so at least I'll be front-of-line for upcoming KP.3 shot in a few weeks.
