My health issues are high octane nightmare fuel. The short list of my diagnoses exceeds the character limit. It's been 20 years since I was in no pain while conscious, and I've had IV fentanyl push. Got me down to a 4 during a 10/10 pain crisis. I'm on full-time oxygen at 37. Etc.
