Small update: In the mentioned case, significantly elevated IL-8 and markedly reduced IL-10 were observed; the remaining cytokine profile was not very informative, and the lymphocyte subpopulations were unremarkable except for usually low NK cells. The GPCR autoantibodies were again highly positive.

Absolutely, this was in 2005, with a KO for a GPCR that was made by another group. They said it had a lupus-like autoimmune syndrome, which was not their primary concern. The autoimmunity seemed to really depend on the residual 129 genes (lk all of immunology at the time, we were backcrossing to b6)
