I happened upon this a few weeks ago In Charlie Byrne's bookshop (Galway) and finished it last night. I hadn't heard of it before, and was surprised that the 'Queen's Gambit guy' wrote SF. I loved it - timely, interesting, beautifully written in places, oddly hopepunky. Recommended. #specfic
