For me, Delia May West's Devon garden was the highlight of tonight's #GardenersWorld. With assiduous dead-heading, a hill near Tiverton has been cloaked by a 100 dahlia varieties, a plethora of other gorgeous flowers and some great fruit & veg - All in just 5 years. @GWandShows
One thing I miss about Catford is the council's tree team who would bag up all the fallen leaves in autumn and a separate team would pick them up so there was this perfect window where you could go out and just take bags and bags of leaves for your compost bin. #GardenersWorld
