There seems to be a pretty big refactor in #Ghidra 11.2 renaming "Python" to "Jython" - this will break a bunch of integrations, but I can't see it mentioned in the Change History :/ Original post

To open a debug menu scene in Magikarp Jump, you have to: >Extract the apk using apktool (converting to zip won't work) >Open the <libMyGame.so> file in IDA/Ghidra >Find the scene transition you want to replace >Hex edit the file to point to the correct scene >Repack + realign the apk This sucks

I have been actually digging into it with ghidra and it is filled with spaghetti code. But the main reason it lags is that it runs the fully software sound engine at stupid high settings (despite the music being terrible). It uses 12 channels and 21 KHz. Pokémon uses 5 channels and 13 KHz.
