He didn't. He picked his battles. Are you sure you were alive at the time? An adult? Do you remember the media environment? And where society was at the time? And all the great things he did do? Higher ed standards, DNC list, HIPAA, customer BOR, increased R&D funding.
WTF you do not just "seek out" someone's medical records without their knowledge and consent. HIPAA is real. Whoever gave the police her medical records should be up to their ears in a legal shitbath.

Yeah, I mean, it would be neat to see some of that info, but I'm pretty sure where I come from and what genetic risks I have (all of them, pretty much) so I was able to resist the temptation. I would do it for a scientific database covered by HIPAA, but not a publicly traded company.
