So like quality wise AA $5m, AAA $10m, A $1m (3x headcount). Assuming $30 preorder price, that’s 34k preorders. That’s crowd fundable. Start at A quality and grow organically. What kind of game is this? MMORPG?

RTO mandates as a way to reduce headcount w/o having to float layoff costs are dumb, b/c at least with layoffs, you can strategically reduce staff & plan for post-shrink workflow/job duty reallocation. It's a better use of time & money -- and you don't anger/demoralize your workforce in the process.

This has always been the real problem with generative AI: Not that it produces good output, but that the people who make business decisions look at the output and say "good enough to cut headcount by 75%!" (Or they don't even look at the output, and are told by the grifters that it is good enough.)

Anyway given the budgets of the companies involved here, I don’t see why they don’t just offer to fully vest everyone’s pensions in return for the reduced headcount that Rotterdam-style automation would bring. Pay the money once, write it off and move on.

Work load has increased, headcount decreased, oh and we're raising prices. Raise? Naw.
