I am so out of shape! I haven't been out of the house much in weeks, thanks to the weather + disabilities (& appts on the few nice days) + my usual walking buddy out of town. But it's gorgeous today, 50°, and I got out (thanks, @headingwest)! I hope to get back in shape to walk further again soon 🤞
